Catering

We offer “full” and “self service” caterings, Tuesday through Saturday, from our Cashmere restaurant. Because we do sell out, on some dates, it's best to book your catering as soon as possible. Peak caterings are between May and September. Caterings are booked on a first come, first served basis.

Full Catering

Tell us when and where and we show up with the menu you have selected! We will bring staff to set up and maintain the buffet for an hour or two. We need approximately 18-24 feet to set up the tables. We set up a doubled sided buffet line with the food, three compartment disposable plates, napkins, plastic utensils, wet naps, and toothpicks.

All leftover food is yours to keep. We will package up the leftover food for you, then it will be your responsibly to maintain it at safe temperatures.

We will quickly break down the buffet line and leave. We must leave any trash behind.

Self Service Catering

All caterings are picked up and returned to our restaurant in Cashmere. Pick up times are 11:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m., and 4:00 p.m. The equipment must come back during our next business day.

It is not necessary for the equipment to come back clean. Our team will wash and sanitize everything for the next guest. We just ask that you take care with the equipment and return all pieces that are on your list of supplies. We provide all of the food to you ready to eat. We ice the salads, in double ice bowls, so they will stay cold for a few hours. In very hot conditions you may need to re ice them. The cambro containers we use for hot food are made to hold food hot for many hours. We loan you chafer dishes, sterno, and serving utensils. You will need to supply tables, plates, napkin, and eating utensils. The equipment we loan you is bulky and needs to stay level. SUV's and pick up's are best for picking up orders. Sedans, with closed trunks, don't usually provide enough room.

The minimum order for a self service catering, due to hot holding efficiencies, is approximately twenty five to thirty people. If you are providing BBQ for fewer people, or would prefer disposable containers, you can call the restaurant and talk with any of the staff for purchasing “buy the pound”. “Buy the pound” orders can be picked at any time in Cashmere. We will send out the food in foil containers and you don't have anything to return!

FULL CATERING PRICES

Tuesday-Thursday (50 person minimum) add to self catering price..................... $4.00

Saturday (250 person minimum) May-September, add to self catering price......... $4.00

We have only listed three possible packages because they are our most popular. The Pulled Pork and BBQ Chicken Thigh combo is the most frequently ordered. We have other packages available for catering if one of these is not what you had in mind.

To help you choose a menu we do offer a free sampler plate at our Cashmere restaurant. We provide enough food for two to four people. A dinner for two or appetizers for four. If you are not familiar with our menu it is a great way to choose your favorites.

LARGE GROUPS

Large groups should book early.

At this time, we can cater a maximum of 2,400 people Tuesday's through Thursday's and 1,600 on Friday's or Saturday‘s.

We offer special pricing for 800 or more people. Please call for a quote.

To Book a Catering

We are sorry but we cannot reserve tentative dates. In order to hold a spot for you we must have a firm date, a menu, a time, and your best guess as to how many guest you will be serving. We can be flexible on head counts but your best guess would be appreciated. A $500.00, non refundable, deposit is required for weddings booked 6 months, or more, in advance. Your full deposit will be applied to your catering. If you know your date and you are going to use us, book it! Popular dates sell out many months in advance.
